Han or Han-like admixture in Pinoys seems to be around 10-15% on this chart:

In this G25, the South Indian that Pinoys are scoring seems to be genuine Indian admixture from Indian settlers and traders during precolonial times which also contains Caucasoid DNA (just look at the IRN_Shahr_Sokhta_BA1 that Filipinos are scoring; it is the Caucasoid component of Indians) and not something that is related to Andamanese..
I haven't heard of that DNA company before so I don't know. But maybe you can try it out and get G25 there.
