Guess the origin of this guy. Can you see him passing in SE Asia or not? Because to me, he cannot.

He looks almost fully Incan to me

He might be able to blend in in the Philippines but people might stare a little to be honest

Why would people stare a little at him? 

How well would he blend in? I feel he has very distinct and unique phenotype combined with a very tall (183 cm/6'1) and lanky body type despite his swarthy complexion and straight-ish hair.  Also are most Filipinos lighter skin than him?

I think these features would make him stand out from the Filipino crowd tbh.
