I heard Filipino's are pretty gangster in the US. do you think they would form their militia for self-defense? they've already had military training and the constitutions let's citizens form a militia. good idea?

If I were Chinese I'll definitely ask the CCP government to bring home the overseas Chinese back home. 

I am sure that the CCP government will be very happy with the skill-set Oversea-Chinese will bring.
