I see the fascination within the Asian community about our Amerindian ancestors. I think Asians think we are cool & find us sexy, So, Asians are trying to claim Amerindians as Chinese or Filipinos.

I live in Canada and I see them all the time. It's natural to know the background of who you meet.

@jose TBH I'm the only Filipino I know that has heard about you guys. I don't know of any other Filipino here who knows you guys exist, I have to point them to Apocalypto if they've seen it. LOL.

Definitely growing up here and going through grade school we were taught only the history from 1492 to present however there were only a scant information on Native Indians. I guess it makes sense to know the people that originally inhabited the Americas. Also it was kind of cool to see Native Indians in movies and I always wanted to see some in the wild with their traditional outfits such as deer hide leather clothing, moccasin shoes and feather headdress. And being surrounded with several Mexicans that predominantly have indigenous ancestry and seeing some Native Indian Tribes such as Navajos.
