Khanom Pui Fai (sweet fluffy cup shaped desserts)

Salim (sweet noodles in coconut milk) used to make this a lot when I was little with my mom

Tako (a sweet Thai pudding with salty coconut topping)

I got lazy to make them and I had to go do something

Khao tom mat sai kluai made by wrapping sweet banana and sticky rice inside a banana leaf and then steaming it. The banana takes on a pink colour after steaming.

Khanom tom made by boiling balls of dough made from glutinous rice powder, coconut cream, grated coconut, sugar and flavourings, and then covering them with more grated coconut.
