Well she is not ethnic Russian but a Bashkir: a Turkic speaking Muslim ethnic group from Central Russia: They have a lot of Mongoloid DNA like almost 50%.

Would this Pinoy look mix with a bit of South Asian be more common in Mindanao or Visayas than in Luzon? Since its closer to Indonesia and Malaysia?

Mindanao usually look closer to Malaysia and Indonesia, Anyway I did not grow up in the Philippines.
