Koreans will accept her because she looks mostly Korean but will look down on her parents' union once they find out one is Filipino.
Koreans also do this with Southeast asians that initially look Chinese, Japanese, or Korean just with looks; they will treat them differently once they find out they are from an ASEAN country. These "Chinito" southeast asians will still be treated better than pure Southeast asian or Negrito looking people though, Koreans are generally vain and xenophobic.
It is known that she is of filipino heritage yet she still gets commercial gigs and she is still praised for her beauty. Well Koreans get plastic surgery to achieve the looks she is born naturally with.

Historically, there has always been privilege in passing as another race based on the society you are in; very light skinned black people have been doing it in the past, Filipinos that can pass for east asians/central asians do it, latinos that pass as white do it, and etc.

Kpop stans are vile. Even non-korean kpop stans get real racist towards non-korean kpop stars.
