She is more native than Shakira.

I have a Colombian family so I am qualified to answer this. Most Colombians can look from Southern European ( Spain) to very blonde like Shakira. 

Their Amerindian Genes are very visible on average. The ones that look like Filipinos live in the mountains & some live in the cities.
