I see. That makes sense.
I suspect that the Moros and other non-Hispanicized groups in Southern Philippines would have higher South Asian admixture than other Filipinos since they didn't get colonized by the Spanish, makes its easier to preserve Indian admixture.
I have seen DNA results of Burmese, Thai, Cambodians, Malays and Indonesians, and most have around 15-20% South Asian with a good amount have around 9-14%. Meanwhile most Filos that I saw have only around 2-5% South Asian with only some Pinoys scoring at 7-9%.
The two Filipinas in the OP who score 10% or more South Asian is really in the very atypical range for Filipinos.
I would guess that Moros would have around 10% South Asian or a bit more which is higher than most Filipinos. But I haven't seen any Moro DNA results, so its a bit hard to assume.
Indians in Philippines prefer to be in areas where there's a lot of development and growth and they would rather interbreed with Filipinas even though she's a Roman Catholic.
Mainland Southeast Asians should have more South Asian genes compared to Filipinos considering Buddhism is among the main religion.
Btw If there were a large Indian population in Philippines today and before, then we would have curry dishes. Philippines is the only Southeast Asian country that doesn't have any curry dishes - except one dish called Filipino chicken curry.
Many Indians have intermarried with Filipinos, more so than in neighboring countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore
There's a few Indians in Guam but there's quite a bit in Fiji.
I've been to one of the local convenient stores here in SoCal that was run by a Indo-Fijian who sold product goods to Polynesians and Guamanians.
Filipina in Guam, Micronesia who has 13% South Asian was probably a result of interbreeding in Guam or maybe in Philippines but later move to Guam. Her great great grandfather was most likely an Indian man who interbred with a Filipina but from there on the offspring interbred with Filipinos. Indian men in the Philippines tend to marry Filipina girls when their Indian women are not available.

Not only mainland SE Asians, Malays and Indonesians also have much higher South Asian genes than Filipinos. Believe it or not but Filos have one of the lowest Indian admixture in SE Asia and on the same level as Laotians, Vietnamese, a lot of Eastern Indonesians/Timorese, tribal groups in mainland and maritime SE Asia,
Most SE Asians have around 10 to 25% South Asian ancestry while Filipinos have around 2-7% South Asian on average which also brings Caucasoid/West Eurasian (mostly Iranian Neolithic Farmers+Steppe Indo European) admixture to them. Btw most SE Asians have much higher Caucasoid genes than Filipinos on average due to this South Asian ancestry. Iranian Neolithic Farmers are genetically closest to modern day Baloch/Brahui/Makrani who are an ethnic group from Western part of Pakistan, Southern Iran and Afghanistan while the Steppe Indo Europeans are genetically closest to modern day NE Euros like Balts and some Slavs like Polish, Russians, etc.
How about the Moros? Do Pinoy Muslims from places like Mindanao or Sulu have any curry dish since they seem to be one of the only Philo groups that weren't conquered and colonized by the Spaniards? I would also suspected Moros to have higher South Asian genes than the majority of the Philippines since they are located much closer to Indonesia and Malaysia.
