Sorry I was a bit wrong. A lot of Indonesians also have very little Caucasoid in the same amount as Filipinos. I have seen a lot of DNA results of Indos from Java and any island to the East who have like 8-11% South Asian but strangely negligible to almost zero Caucasoid. It makes me think that the "South Asian" that they score is actually something Negrito or local AASI or Australoid-like ancestry instead of actual Indian admixture.
On the other hand, many other Indonesians have higher Caucasoid admixture than Filipinos especially those from Sumatra, Jakarta and Western part of Java.
May be a little bit of Negrito and South Indian admixture in those Indonesians possibly. They've been there for awhile and they've interbred. However I've also seen some Indonesians who have some South Indians admixture and one with a lot of South Indian admixture. I've also seen photos of Indonesians with Australoid features as well.
SE Asians having 10-25% South Asian ancestry is high but that suggest to me that the South Indians have been in Indonesia much longer than what has been recorded. There appears to be a high level of interbreeding among South Indians and Indonesians to be able to retain those high percentages today. This may suggest that the South Asian genes found among Indonesians could have been much higher in previous generations - possibly as high as 30% on average. Since then the South Asian genes has been diluted to 10-25% today.
I recently did see a Filipino who have some South Indian features as well as body built and height but it's not anywhere near common compared to those ones found in other SE Asian countries. Philippines is further away to India compared to Indonesia.
When I visit the local markets and restaurants in Philippines, I smell a variety of spices except curry spices.

Actually the SE Asians that have up to 25% South Asian seem to be rather some Burmese and some Thais. But Burmese, Thais, Cambodians, Malays , Indonesians have on average around 13-20% South Asian with many Indos from Java and any islands to the East of Java having only 8-11% South Asian.
