According to the 23andme Reddit Community, its' a pretty common occurence for Filipinos to score a tiny bit of European and Native American, no doubt due to ancient Mexican admixture. We're the only Southeast Asians with this happening, so I'm posting some genetic results of Filipinos which surprisingly have Native American mix.
Filipina mom had small amounts of Native American and European while Eastern European dad is pure.
Relatively noticable European admix and a little Native American, the person is a Black Brother, he might have a BBC hahaha.
This Filipino has 2 percentage points of Native American.
This dude is also around 2% Native American
The percentage of Native Americans in Filipinos which is 1-5% is like the percentage of Filipinos in Mexicans from Guerrero Province, also 1-5%.
What are your thoughts on this fam?
23andme isn't the only one registering Native American ancestry among Filipinos, Nat Geo has it too.
If that you mean only 5% of us have European descent, its wrong. Most Filipinos have small amounts of European ancestry.

...In addition, we noted that for self-reported Filipinos, a substantial proportion have modest levels of European genetic ancestry reflecting older admixture...
Its quoted from that study.
However I do agree that maybe only 5% have European descent thats at least 50% of their DNA.
