You could be right but I am still surprised that he score Caucasus and East Euro populations like Georgian, Chechen, Russian, Lithuanian as well. So he could some other Caucasoid ancestry besides Spanish as well.

Were there precolonial Arab settlements in the Philippines?

I guess Pinoys with Arab admixture would tend to be those from Mindanao or are Muslim ethnicities like Tausug, Maranao?

Most of the Arab admixture is already mixed with South Asian since the Arab admix came via the Bay of Bengal.
