 some of us can look like a Mexican native and Polynesian looking.  yes I have seen Filipinos that look pass a native mexican. it's just they need more exposure to the mainstream. 

I don't know about other SEA countries but in Vietnam he would not pass. Nobody will speak Vietnamese to him.

Ok. But Pinos that can pass as Mexican Native pass mostly as Mayans/Southern Natives but not much other Native populations.

What I want to know is if the OP can pass in the Philippines or would people think and call tell that he is a foreigner?

To me, he has very unique facial features combined with very tall and lanky body type. I think that would make him stick out from the Filipino crowd and make think he is a foreigner.
