Guess the origin of this guy. Can you see him passing in SE Asia or not? Because to me, he cannot.

For me personally I would see him as a foreigner.

Thanks. Well he is an indigenous Mexican. So I think his fashion style, mannerisms would make him stand out.

Furthermore, he is very tall (184 cm/6'1) and has a lanky body type. Would he also stick out from the crowd because if his height and body type alone? I think most Filipinos are much shorter and stockier?

Well he is a Native American from Mexico. So I think he is pretty much a foreigner as an Americanize Filipino or even more. 

Mmm Filipinos are not that racially aware at all? So I guess some Samoans, Maoris or Indians can also be mistaken as Filipinos by locals as well?

 if you walk past me I would think that he was Mexican or some sort of Native Indian
