Yes. if XFL can get non-NFl fans then the XFL has a future. most people outisde North America have a hard time understanding American Football.
SO i say XFL has a good future. I would only invest If I like the people who is running it.

I don't think people outside the USA & CANADA will find XFL interesting even with the new rules. Since it's the rock who is running XFL. he might make it more TV friendly to non-football fans.
