Man stabbed to death outside suspected Queens prostitution spot, cops say

A 35-year-old man was stabbed to death in a bizarre accident outside a suspected massage parlor and prostitution spot running out of a Queens home, according to cops and police sources.
Zhen Zhong Wang, 35, and a 39-year-old female friend who lives in the home on Union Street in Flushing had just gotten out of a car in front of the building around 11:30 p.m. Thursday when four to six people knocked at the door, cops said.

A dispute ensued, with the woman brandishing two knives for fear of her safety.
A person from the other group then picked up a shovel on the ground at a nearby construction site, cops said.
At some point during the fracas, Wang put his hands on his female friend to move her out of the way, authorities said.

But the woman — who did not know it was Wang and assumed it was someone from the rival group — turned around and stabbed him in the chest, cops said.
He was taken to Flushing Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, cops said.

The woman was taken into custody — and though she may face unspecified charges, she will not be charged with murder because the incident was accidental, according to cops.
Investigators are probing whether her home also served as a massage parlor and prostitution spot, police sources said.
