The Filipinos don't go around oppressing people and they don't go around calling people niggers behind your back. 

While you guys are the total opposite. The cops are harassing minorities for the simplest things.

you have to pay some price being the dominant majority. in China, minorities can get a free pass on minor offenses and even do not have to follow national penal code. they rely more on surveillance and community committees to work on social problems. civil police are not armed, armed police stay in the barracks.
