MY channel grew because of the coronavirus, I was able to put more effort into it.

Several people are staying home playing video games;  this is one home activity that's possible to do without any close contact.

We are not the only ones that gather with extended families.

Several Filipinos use to gather a lot with their extended family members but the first generation and on are not as proactive in throwing get-together parties compared to their Filipino parents that arrived here.  The first generation views themselves in general as a Filipino-American or Filipino-Canadian.  There are some that haven't visited or rarely visits the Philippines.

On the other hand,  Latinos who are first and second generation here are throwing get-together parties a lot and they still retained their culture and language.  It's easier for them since Mexico and Caribbean countries are neighbors to U.S.A.  Latinos have a large population in America compared to us Filipinos.  Some neighbors and cities here feels more like Latin America.
