Definitely risky but these kids and teenagers feel like they are immune to this virus and if they catch the virus, they feel like they could recover.    The problem is that they could transmit the virus to their parents.   

I'll have some Halloween decorations outside but I probably shouldn't open the door and dish out some candies.

Schools are as compact as restaurants and stores.  Social distancing is nearly impossible.  I'm guessing one seat is available while the surrounding seats are vacant.

Receiving candies from strangers during Halloween is riskier than receiving gifts or cards from someone we know during Christmas.
