students take turns in classrooms half goes to school and the other half stays home. my sisters go to school on tuesday, thursday, friday and just tuesday, thursday the following week. Monday, Wednesday they stay home.

It's similar to the college and the university schedule where students attend classes every other day.  Your sisters have the same day-to-day schedule and therefore they could carpool together to school and take turns driving.

Similar to college except some people are from far away or even from another state and classmates have different ages.
