I try my best to take 1 shower each and every day.....shampoo the hair thoroughly either once or twice, then vigorously scrub the body with soap + a washcloth. I do not use deoderant, rarely wear cologne but would like to more often. I brush my teeth about once per day but should prob do it 2 to 3 times per day instead lol. My shampoo brand is **Head & Shoulders 2-in-1 shampoo+conditioner** and my soap is Safeguard bar soap which tends to get my skin quite dry afterwards but is anti-bacterial and does excellently in the cleansing department. I take my hygiene pretty seriously these days, and have recently gone on a no sugar/caffeine diet to lower my relatively high blood pressure i've discovered upon an electronic result at my local drugstore here in Makati Philippines. Even though my weight is pretty decent at a nice slim 135Lbs @ 5'9 height & around 15% body fat index...i could still use a lil more excercise and eating healthy in terms of my overall food diet & consumption etc.
