Give me your opinion on my "vlogging" style?

I am not the most charismatic guy in the world, The reason why people come to my channel is because my channel save gamers time in playing video games. 

Instead of users spending hours trying to figure things out, People come to my channel for the a information they need to get better in the game.

1)You must know who your targeted audiences are 2) Why people come to your channel 3)What keeps people from coming back 

I use to be just like you but I kept trying and trying until I found the audience at the right time.

trust me dude, If Josh was so dumb I would not spend my time with him. 

His probably just trolling you to get a reaction from you, probably going to recruit you or something. 

Just look at it this way, he got you and me to interact with each other.
