I grew up in US since 3, though since I moved back to Manila in 2010 i made an effort to start speaking tagalog. Would i be B1 level or A2 language level for instance?

its 2019 you had 9 years to speak tagalog, It should only take you less than 3 years to speak fluently

I was in born in Canada, Now that I am older. I WOULD LIKE to learn to speak tagalog.
