Rags2Riches (progressive company I posted on my other thread) did a few yarn bombings in Manila. The cloth they use are the same recycled cloths they make their bags with.
Not really street art, but he does display on public for a short time before selling. James Doran driftwood sculptures (he uses recycled wood, and some of his profits he donates to replant trees in Mindanao)

Not really street art but Berso sa Metro (ads of mostly poetic verses in Tagalog and Spanish by Iberian, Latin American and Filipino poets, funded by Spanish govt./Instituto Cervantes to promote Spanish language and literature found in light rails and jeepney)
