CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Maryland—A 59-year-old laundromat employee namedFu Tian Yanwas stabbed to death by 17-year-oldMekhi Lovingof Capitol Heights during an attempted robbery Thursday night, September 17, around 7:15 pm.
Officers arrived on the scene in the 6800 block of Walker Mill Road and found Fu Tian Yan of Upper Marlboro suffering from multiple stab wounds, according toCBS 13 Baltimore. Yan was pronounced dead upon arriving at the hospital.
Loving was arrested Thursday night and is being held without bond. From a preliminary investigation, authorities ascertained Loving stabbed Yan in order to steal money from the business.

@naval I am suprised that there is no race war, after what all the Asians went through by the hoodlums of black teenagers. We Asians need to do something about this, we need to protect the defenseless.
criminals like to target the old defenseless people because asians in general seems like easy prey.
the best we can do is ask for more policing and harder penalty for hate crimes.
