You knock on the neighbors door the 1st time politely with a smile just to ask them nicely to stop the music. By the 3rd week after you asked your neighbor to the stop the music, the smiles goes away and you resort to blocking their parking space just to pissed them off.

All it does is punish government officials who use the Chinese virus or Kung-flu. This will not do anything because white people will come out with 100 different names for the chinese.

it's like asking the government to do something about hate crimes against Asians for 20 years. After 20 years you stop asking & start acting irrational just to get your point across.
