The trick to knowing if it's google translated Tagalog (& you don't speak Tagalog yourself), is Tagalog is primarily VSO. Google translate is based on indo european languages and other languages that's either SOV or SVO, so if it starts with a subject, it may be google translated.
Tagalog is flexible though, in formal speak it can start with a Subject, but really it's usually verb first. People also not familiar with Tagalog and learning for the first time will usually always start with a subject rather than the verb. Verb conjugations in Tagalog is the most complex out of all Asian languages, so it's the hardest to master.
