@naval Not all arrests lead to incarcerations. Depending certain factors (ie prior arrests/criminal records), lead to court-ordered drug treatment, community services, jail, prison, etc...The arrest is just the first step. They need to go in front of a judge and their criminal records examined in order to ejudicate.

@athena the cops, judge, jury, executioner, tv, the drug makers, the cafeteria boy, lawmakers, prison guards are all working together to keep minorities down according to BLM.
