Hate to break the news, Natives in Latin America are not in power. The only thing you can benefit from is ratings in the documentary films. 

The Natives and Filipinos in Canada do not get along. They know us by now and I don't think they have a motivation for any sort of brotherhood.

They seem neutral to me, they may not want any part with Filipinos but do they have anything against Filipinos and other ethnic groups?

Same people.  They all live in those extreme cold climates in and around the Arctic Circle.
