NK is certainly not friendly with China. It's practically a puppet state yet with a leader and an upper class who hold China in deep contempt.

Russia - more complicated - but as far as the eastern regions are concerned, Russia is certainly not a Chinese ally, nor can it be bullied by China as South Korea was.

Both NK and Russia were decisive in banning all entries from China very early on, along with all other neighbors of China such as Vietnam and Taiwan. The only exception is South Korea, the only one of China's neighbors to suffer a major outbreak.

you're the only outbreak, but again it's your own problem. china told everyone to not close borders but go with isolation to keep essential movement possible. I told you Vietnam did not close borders, no countries closed except Russia, NK, Taiwan, USA, which is already unprecedented level of disruption.

China contained this virus in the fastest time possible compared to other countries, while keeping its borders open even now. The people who complain and blame are nothing more than problem makers, losers, political assassins. The damage you add to an already bad global situation, there will be people that keep a score for you.
