Isolation is a costly measure, where the state needs to provide shelter and essential supplies to the visitors. Vietnam blocked all unnecessary entries into the country, and for those that are important entries, they were isolated in make-shift shelters such as military bases.

It took about 3~4 months for China to "contain" the virus, if it really did contain the virus. It's questionable whether the virus is really contained, since information from China is not reliable. I don't know for other countries, but China did effectively blocked entries from South Korea by stopping the issuance of visas and for those that already had visas, China put them in two-week isolation where the South Koreans had to pay all expenditure. It just seems you are devoid of information and is only aware of information that the CCP feeds you.

Foreigners think China has no information, but it always makes fast and correct decisions. How does an information poor country in information age, become USA's no.1 enemy?

Even internal travel now goes through isolation, and 2-3 rounds of RNA tests. This is the amount of resources Chinese society have shifted into fighting the virus. The Americans even now think mass death is okay so long as essential tax paying young people live. They ignore the huge infection among medical personnel, ignore that many who have recovered will have lifetime symptoms, ignore that they are providing the cesspool the virus needs to endless mutations. They're going to become their own science fiction society with unpredictable consequences for the future.

First, thank you for referring me to that study. I'm very much interested in the DNA-based epidemiological analysis of the SARS COV-2 virus, especially because it can prove that the virus was introduced from China to South Korea in multiple events. That means the Moon administration's policy of not restricting entries from China was a fatal mistake.

What the data tells us there is that it came from a bat in China. According to the data, type A may be the earliest form, but the first one that began to spread in the outbreak is type B. So while type A may have been from Patient Zero, this strain was in a relatively smaller population in Wuhan, that either was undetected or was not included in the sample of the study. Type B began spreading in Wuhan in December and then to other regions of China in early January. From mid-January and onwards, it began to spread from China to all over the world, such as the US, Taiwan, HK, Japan, France, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Canada, etc. Type A follows the same pattern, first spreading from Wuhan to other regions of China in early to mid-January, then spreading throughout the world starting in mid-January. Type C seems to have began outside China, its spread starting in mid-January. And since this timeline is based on the date of sample collection, you can shift all time sequences by a week to two weeks, considering it takes up to two weeks for COVID-19 to show symptoms. For example, I said the virus started to spread from Wuhan to other regions of China in early January, but if the incubation period of this virus is put into consideration, it spread from Wuhan to other regions of China in December. And the data is limited to the sample used in the study. The study does not include the earliest cases of COVID-19, such as the first reported case,

You seem to be resigning yourself to CCP propaganda, clinging to the impossible scenario that SARS COV-2 came from outside China, e.g. the US. But the fact is that the virus originated from a bat in China. The type A cases from American samples are from late January, well before the outbreak in Wuhan. And since this date was on the onset of symptoms, the actual infection took place in November. So the study you referenced does not bear any evidence that the virus originated from outside China.

As for the site nextsrain.org/ncov, the animation is just a part of the data. It is based on complex genomic analysis like the study you referenced, and it includes a phylogenetic tree that shows the evolution of the virus from its origin in Wuhan to many different descendent strains throughout the world.
