We call this racism today. There are racist in all different groups of people who are ignorant.

There are other groups of people that we have no history or connections but it doesn't mean that we should be racists to them.

I want to see it written in Chinese laws with heavy enforcement. I don't believe in words but action speaks louder than words.  

There isn't a law that punishes dog & cat eating around China.
