Once you have enough masks, you need to wear 2, one N95 and one surgical mask over it, and change every 4 hours since the moisture destroys it.
All the ICU workers need to be full suited and rotate every 4 hours.
Hmmm, I'm sorry but it seems the stupid US management and politics leads to this situation.
@wei-nihao
They don't give us enough n95s or masks to do that. So some of us used our own n95s, but were told by administrators we could only used approved respirators and surgical masks. We said give us n95s or we wear our own!!!
@sailorneptune you're recovered!
it's going to leave marks, hehe. you can try to use some foam tape around the edges of the mask. you will get used to the breathing as your lungs get stronger.
It took me 12 days to feel normal. I feel back to my energized self today. When I was at work this weekend I was still very fatigued. I had no other symptoms except fatigued. Although, I checked my temperature a few times when I didn't feel right at work and it was 99.0F or 99.1F. Today is the first day in two weeks that I don't feel like my feet are dragging.
