A guy can flirt with a girl ,get rejected then move on to the next girl that he sees without any problems in the same day.
when we women get rejected we usually talk with our friends to what went wrong.

I believe that is how players does it. I don't consider myself a player because I don't talk to girls from left to right. I wait for the one that has the courage to talk to me. Maybe I should open my options up more. But yeah, I am too shy is not even funny.
