This is the dilemma that we're in unfortunately. The stage 3 reopening was only a few weeks ago and now it seems that we have to go back to stage 2 or 1 due to the increase of number of infected with the pandemic virus in the last few days. The increase rate of infected in ever state should be a concern as this affects everyone's health especially senior citizens. The hospitals are filled with patience which may also infer that they have to discharge some patience early in order to accommodate more people.
The priority is to take care of peoples' health. Once their health has recovered, then they could go back to work and live a normal life which in turn will stabilized the economy.
A couple of months ago, America wouldn't allow Europeans to travel here in the states. The tables have turned today. I heard that several European countries won't allow Americans to travel abroad for some indefinite time due to the increase number of infected with the virus in the states.
