There are some vaccines already, but it's not official.

However there are no proven vaccines available to the general public. They only have vaccines that are being tested on small numbers of people but only a few results have come back from the lab with some positive results and with some bad results such as adverse side effects - and that's why they haven't distributed the vaccines to the general public. We also don't know what effects the vaccines have on these people in the months to come and that's why it's not official until it's guaranteed to eliminate the virus with no serious side effects.  The vaccines that they are testing may likely not be the ones available to the public as vaccines do undergo changes and improvements as each months passes by. There's a protocol procedure in experimenting with vaccines on people.  The clinical trials starts off with a small sample of people. They monitor the patients progress and results.  If it's good results then they proceed to the next stage of the clinical trial with a larger sample of people and if the lab results are also good then they'll either proceed to a beta-testing phase where they test on more bigger sample of people or they consider mass producing them to the public but even then there's a chance of the general public having serious side effects which didn't show up in the previous clinical trials and this is called the post-approval monitoring.  The reason why it takes several months to more than a year to get an official vaccine is because every vaccine are still under clinical trial.   It wouldn't be fair for the general public to receive a vaccine right at this moment when there are actual detrimental effects such as side effects and who knows what other health problems will arise as each months passes by. An early release of vaccines to the general public may make matters worse for the patients' health. I'm sure they are trying to get a vaccine ASAP for the general public but a proven vaccine will take awhile to be evaluated. Once they are approved, then they are considered official vaccines.  They'll  mass produce them and then distribute them to the general public or have the patients go to the hospital to receive their vaccines. The experts really know what they are doing and they will be the ones to provide us the proven vaccines that will save millions of lives and only then we could go back to normal which is some time as early as next year or the following year.

Those unofficial vaccines that are being distributed to the public recently should be checked.  Whoever is providing those vaccines do have good intentions to save peoples' lives however since it hasn't undergone clinical trials then they may have possibly made matters worse for the patients' health.  If it made matters worse for the patients' health, then would you consider that a vaccine?  I wouldn't consider that a vaccine if their health is at risk and that's why these unofficial vaccines have to go through clinical trials so we could better understand the vaccines' effects on the patients.  A lot people needs a vaccine right at this moment so they are taking a risk on their health by taking these unofficial vaccines. I do hope the unofficial vaccines does cure them but only time will tell if they get cured permanently with no side effects.  Maybe some patients have already been cured temporarily with some side effects but not permanently cured as of yet because we really don't know what will happen to them in the next several months.  We'll probably know better of their health conditions by fall or winter season and that may tell us if the unofficial vaccines actually cured them permanently or not or made matters even worse on their health.

Vaccines are...not the magic bullet. Corona virus is only a little easier to vaccinate than the flu, which needs new vaccines every season.

But its infectiousness is cubed, death rate is 30x, transmission is airborne and asymptotic.....

The only way is to clear it region by region, with different regions highly sealed from one another... the world will be divided into rational and irrational.
