Women here need to be honest because the advise here isn't going to help mr.charlie.

Women love guys who are confident and can take charged. Men who are shy gets friend zone. Man who is insecure are mostly likely to get cheated by a woman who finds another who have this quality.

IF a guy is insecure of his physical appearance have to make up for it such as money, kindness, social status, intelligent & good character. 

I suggest Charlie to spend time in the gym and work on his body.
