EXPLORING Pre-Ceramic Adobe TEMPLES in Peru I Found on Google Earth!

 

Join me as I explore a series of unexcavated ancient archaeological sites in Peru’s Nepeña River Valley, located in the remote northern Andes region of the Ancash area. While well-known sites like Caylan and Panamarca have received significant academic attention, this investigation focuses on lesser-known temple structures, adobe brick ruins, and mysterious sunken circular features that may predate the Chavín culture. With drone footage, field surveys, and on-the-ground exploration, we uncover evidence of preceramic occupation, looting pits, ceremonial architecture, and potential early coastal religious influence. As agriculture and development threaten these sacred sites, this video offers a rare glimpse into Peru’s hidden past and lays the groundwork for a 2025 archaeological expedition.
