Help me file a police report against Eli Edralin

Those that don't know, He posted his masturbation nudes to every member including underage minors on this website. He was sexually harassing female members. This is a serious offense that can lead to a lawful arrest.

I've got a 6 misdemeanors criminal record back in the Midwestern US, spent 1 year in American county jail, and 6 months in an insane asylum in Southern Illinois due to my diagnosed mental illness(Schizoaffective/Bipolar disorder), used to destroy televisions with metal poles out of anger during my early 20s, have a history of sexual misconduct..violence..plus a few other criminalities, then got deported from the US(where i grew up since i was 3) back to the Philippines in 2010 where I'm currently at after finding out for the first time that I grew up as an illegal alien.

How bout you, what crimes have you committed....any misdemeanors or felonies for example? Any histories of mental illness or any other disorders on your side?

Looks like a hybrid between a monkey and a rat.

In order for this police report to be legit, We need all women and men to file as witnesses to his sexual crimes.

I ask the mods to reveal his IP address as evidence to the police.

YES, they will give a form to fill out. They take case that involves minor very seriously.

I checked the Philippine laws. Eli Edralin can go to prison for 1 month to 4 months in prison for exposing himself. He might get more prison if children were involved.

He spent 1 year in a Chicago prison, If he is charged again with sexual abuse. He might serve more years in prison under 2 or 3rd strike.

Children don't need to involve in an arrest. There are laws against sexual harassment in social media like Facebook/myspace

The problem here is that this website is a hybrid of social media, news & forums.

I think if the community uses their real name and photos, This website will count as social media. Some of the members use real names and photos and some members use non-facial avatars.

I would post my real photos but I have seen perverts in roaming this forum.

If you're going to get the minors to testify, you have to contact their legal guardian with the request of the Police detectives.

You need a written testimony from the underage users then sent to a judge.

I remember that guy, that's the guy who spent one year in prison. I am sure his a registered sex offender in the Philippines.

You can probably see his public records online.
