For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

Angels have Goodwill, only Demons will have bad intentions to cause fear and lies.

Angels are under God's command while demons are outside of God. Demons are fallen angels who choose to rebel against God's commands. 

Angels can take human form and do a specific task.

Just because a human is unattractive, it does not mean that the person could be a demon in disguise.
