KaoTang NaTang (ข้าวตังหน้าตั้ง) ( Crispy rice cake with Pork and Peanut sauce)



Ingredient for pork peanut sauce : Minced pork and shrimp, cocont milk, red onion, minced corriander root, black pepper , garlic, sugar

Thong Muan (Crispy sweet coconut golden roll)

They come in with different flavours. (Shimp flavours, pandan leaf, Taro, chiili paste , Corn, Green tea, Pumpkin or Milk flavour)

There is SOFT and STICKY kind of Thong Muan which I prefer


coconut meat that attached to them make it more delicious than the crispy one!

Khanom chin nam ngiao

A speciality of Northern Thailand, it is Thai fermented rice noodles served with pork or chicken blood tofu in a sauce made with pork broth and tomato, crushed fried dry chillies, pork blood, dry fermented soy bean, and dried red kapok flowers.

Khao Yam Paktai (ข้าวยำปักษ์ใต้) - Southern style mixed fresh Veggies , herbs , steam rice with Budu sauce. Budu sauce is made of shirmp sauce(taste like fish sauce but sweeter), lemon grass juice, lemon, redonion, sugar, other Thai herbs. This dish mainly have sweet ,sour and savoury taste and touch of crisp of fresh vegies with little fragrance of herbs.
