Filipino, I don't see anything foreign in her.

She has more Mongoloid features than typical Filipinas and her nose isn't common among Filipinas. She wouldn't be considered a pure Filipina. Those features and light skin are from mainland Eurasian continent.

One pic actually she has Caucasoid features so if she has recent admixture from them then she could be anywhere from Eurasia.  If it is not recent admixture then she could be somewhere towards Eastern European countries.
