South Indians appear to be recent immigrants.  They mingle with their own people usually and speak their Indian language.  Only some of them are fluent in Tagalog.

On some pics he looks closer to a dark Lumad than Negrito.

First person probably from South Asia while the next person is from East Africa.

Thai or Cambodian
