Yes he only passes in select areas. Most Filipinos would not speak to him in Tagalog. Also, my neighbor is the man in the middle.

A mixed one, the only exception is obviously pic#3 where he could pass up as a pure Filipino.

I doubt another Afghan.   Pakistan.

My guess would be Mexican or some Central American.
