Does Cung Le look Filipino?

I wonder how common is his look among Viets. He seems to look very SE Asian facially for a Vietnamese. 

Have you met Viets who look Filipino like him? 

Vietnamese are diverse I think. I don't know really. Vietnamese population is very low in my area. 

Just compare cung lee with the Filipino members of this website.

How common would his pheno be in the Philippines?

 I don't watch mma, ufc or any sports but I have seen some users in other forums talking about how very SE Asian he looks for a Viet. A Khmer user on Anthroscape also mentioned he can easily pass in Cambodia.

He can easily pass here in Thailand. Cung's pheno probably not typical in Vietnam but it like exist among a good amount of locals from the South. Makes me wonder if he is just a Vietnamized Khmer or Cham? Or is this how Viets look like before the Chinese invasion and rule of their nation for 1000 years?
