I actually do not know any tribe in Kenya that have Monolid eyes, so he may have ancestry from either Khoisan tribe or an admixture from some Asian group either recent or some centuries ago.

If he speaks Spanish, around 1 million Blatinos in the Dominican Republic.

I doubt I'll get the right answer if I just pick one of them, he could have some mix ancestry from of few other tribes or even an Asian ancestry or else where did he get those Monolid eyes?
