Yes of course, Amerindians in Argentina don't look different racially from the rest of South America. They don't look like anything like Asians.
Do you believe these looks very rare and literally non-existent among Amerindians? And that they must have recent Asian ancestors? They are all from the far south of Patagonia very close to Antarctica which has extremely cold, icy winter and mild temperate cool summer.
If you don't believe me that these pics are of Amerindians, you can go search them on google if you want.
But I'm not trolling. Am just curious are these looks that really rare and non-existent?
Southeast Asians especially Filipinos and Pacific Islanders have similar cultural and physical characteristics to Latinos. Also some Filipinos and Pacific Islanders grew up with Latinos also which may explain why they prefer to be compared with us than other Asians.
I think other SE Asians like Burmese, Malay/Indonesian or Thai have much less in common with Latinos.
The shared cultural and physical characteristics that Philos have with Latinos might come from Catholicism, Spanish sounding names, European and Latino admixture though. Something most SE Asians don't.
Not sure about what cultural and physical characteristics that Pacific Islanders have with Latinos.
Don't you think its strange how Latinos are so far away from Siberians and Central Asians in terms of cultural and physical features despite the latter two groups being one of the closest Asian groups genetically to Native Americans (albeit still very very distant- Natives are genetically distant from Mongoloids as much as Somalis or Fulanis are to Caucasoids according to that genetic distance run using Global 25)?
Roman Catholicism, Spanish names and vocabulary, culture and food connects us Filipinos and Chamorros with Latinos. But it's also our disposition, social gathering with friends and family members, our lifestyle that connects us to Latinos especially the young generation of today. Young Filipinos and Latinos have a lot in common with each other especially the type of music, dance and clothing.
Mainly young Polynesians have a lot in common with young Latinos. Polynesians taste in music, sports, movies, cars, partying, bars and clubs, hanging out with friends and family members, food, working out a at a fitness club/gym are similar to Latinos culturally. Polynesian youths taste in clothing along with tattoos and hairstyle and working out at a fitness club/gym to appear physically strong and masculine which gives the impression of a barkada street culture are similar to Latinos physical appearance.
There's obviously a substantial amount of Genetic Drift between Latinos and Siberians since they have been separated from each other for 20,000 plus years. These areas in the Arctic Circle are inhospitable landscapes that doesn't allow much growth and development. These harsh conditions prevented people to congregate or have any contact with outsiders. They were basically isolated on a desolate ice desert and the climate was frigid cold to allow for any large trade and migration and therefore less frequent contact, interaction and interbreeding with different groups.
Unlike the Somalis that resided in the Horn of Africa where trade and migration occurred frequently among West Asians and some Europeans and Indians allowing different groups to interact and interbreed while the Fulanis were a nomadic group that eventually would run into different groups and interact and interbreed with them.
