Some Chamorros in Guam, Micronesia could pass up as Latin Americans since Mexican-Spain occupied the islands from 1565 to 1898. Chamorros in Guam are culturally closer to Mexican Spanish than American and several of them do have Spanish surnames. However only a few speak Spanish in recent times.
Andamanese and sub-Sub Africans have little genetic relationship.
There are few theories that suggest how the Andamanese developed their dark skin color, facial and physical features and hair that resembles sub-Saharan Africans.
Convergent evolution is one theory as some suggest however some suggest that the Andamanese may have retained their sub-Saharan physical traits because when their ancestors departed Africa they remained in the hot desert climates and hot tropical zones as they arrived on Andaman Island around 30,000 yrs ago when Sundaland was still a large landmass even though it may still take a boat ride to the Andaman Islands.
@qamzardaan I guess no. I think it makes sense for natives to be farther from us than those we've had more recent interaction with. Not only were they isolated for 10k years, Filipinos as an example were probably somewhere in China back then (their ancestors). These NA are said to be admixed with a Caucasoid component & they supposedly hailed from somewhere in Siberia. & whatever ethnic group once thrived there 10k years ago, we may never even know. I doubt we interacted prior to NA crossing & after, so it makes sense to me I guess.
