It's interesting that South East Asian and Native American are lump together in these DNA categories

Looks does not equal genetics. You don't know your real ancestry unless you take a genetic test. 

Here are examples of Filipinos who look Chinito or Moreno yet actually have high amounts of European or Native American genetic Admixture. 

For example this guy looks full Chinese but he actually has more European and Native American descent.

This guy has less European and Native American but he looks alot more Mestizo looking than the previous dude.

So you may never know what your actual race is if you judge just by your facial features, phenotypes, and bodily appearance alone.
