Do not have his 23andme but his gedmatch results. His lastname seems rather uncommon but it peaks in the Philippines. He is also likely originally from Morong, Rizal based on the facebook of his relatives.

Overall his Caucasoid ancestry is different from most Filipinos; it seem to be either NE Euro-like or Gedrosian/Balochi-related rather than Iberian which makes his result fairly unique and noteworthy.
PuntDNAL K13: He seems around 7% Caucasoid here with the rest being Mongoloid, 3% Oceanian and 3% South Asian (probably Ancestral South Indian related but might hide some Caucasoid as well). Surprisingly, he can also be modelled as 90-91% Luzon/Filipino+ 9-10% Caucasoid (mostly East Euro and Balkan).

His Vahaduo Gedmatch results of PuntDNA K13: looks like he is around 8% Caucasoid (Lithuanian+Saudi) here with the rest being Mongoloid and Australoid/SSA. Looks like he has minor Han Chinese ancestry as well based on this model

MDLP World: He is around 9% Caucasoid, 3% Indian/South Asian (seem mostly ASI related but could also contain some Caucasoid), 4% Australoid and 2% African here. Because there is a lack of Philipino populations, Dai or Lahu are substituted; its interesting that he is modelled as mostly Dai/Lahu+South-Central Asian pops like Makrani/Balochi/Brahui, Pashtun, Tadjik, Turkmen, Hazara, Uzbek, etc.

His Vahaduo Gedmatch results for MDLP World: surprisingly, he ends up being around 12-13% Caucasoid (probably the highest he scored in all gedmatch calcs although Makrani could contain minor ASI), 3% Papuan and 2% African (Mbuti). He is only around 83% Mongoloid here while he is like almost 5-7% points more Mong in other calcs

He is mostly modelled as Kinh+North Indian populations or Singaporean Malay+significant South Chinese populations (probably resemble Philipinos the most)

His West Eurasian ancestry seems to be unique than most Filipinos as it seem to be mostly either NE Euro (Lithuanian) or Gedrosian/Iran Neolithic (Makrani/Brahui). He doesn't score much Spanish.
My guess it that he could be scoring those Eastern Euro and Central Asian results because those groups are pulled closer to Mongols genetically.
Like on the MyHeritage update, I scored 1.1% Finnish which IMO is incorrect and is just representing Spanish admix.. And on some Gedmatch calcs I also got those type of results in my Oracle breakdown as well.
Btw, if you have time, can you let me know if you ever find a Filipino gedmatch result with over 10%+ Oceanian/Papuan admix?.. Cos I found one of those results before but I lost and deleted it by accident..
What does he score on the **puntDNAL K12 Modern** calc??
I believe NE-Euro is a fairly modern component in contemporary European population genetics. You can see in this chart that Spaniards have it depending on how the particular calculator models the admixture:
Edit: Correction-- I believe NE Euro on some gedmatch calcs could also be representing the NW-Euro component I mean
